    Observations of the state of atmospheric air on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan are conducted in 25 cities at 65 stationary pollution observation points (POP). Observations are made daily with a frequency of 3 times a day (7:00; 13:00; 19:00 local time)

    The Air Pollution Index (API) is an integral indicator of the level of atmospheric air pollution, which is calculated for the five ingredients with the highest concentrations for a given territory, taking into account the hazard class of substances.
